  1. 1. If we add captxt fields, 
  2. handler "hMakeBigCaptionLU" must also be updated.

  4. 2. Short names in these fields must be 7 chars (the short code & the image number 1 thru 6 or an F). No "R" or second "F" at the end.

  6. 3. Rebuild the "flash_excepts" field using the hSuckFlash handler in prctools.

  8. If the all the captions codes for flash images used the last digit as "F" instead of "1" like many of the Flash captions seem to do, we wouldnt need this excepts table.
